Since our founding in 2005 by Coreen Nugent, we’ve helped organisations create healthier, fairer workplaces through a combination of expert-led learning and development, policy support and independent workplace investigations.

With over 35 years of experience, Opt for Learning offers deep, hands-on knowledge across employment relations, workplace learning, conflict resolution and organisational development.
